Is it too soon to start gathering my co-sponsors financial documents?

Hi Everyone

I received confirmation of receipt of the I-130 for my husband on March 8, 2007. No NOA1 or RFE received as of yet. I want to know however, since I am going to be using a co-sponsor, is it too soon for her to get all her financial documents in order for the I-864 that she will be submitting on my husbands behalf?

Also, since the I-864 has to be notorized, is there a time frame in which it needs to be done in, say as in 30 days of submittion of documents?

I am interested in that, too. Can the financial documents be ordered right after the NOA1. And also, does the I-864 really have to be notarized?

Maybe somebody knows the answer..
