It says the arrival date is Jan 4th and Departure date is June 28, so I don't know how to count those date as.

Are you looking at the actual I-94? Or the travel history? The I-94 should have arrival date and "admit until" date. Maybe you can't access your I-94 anymore because you have already left. If you had only arrived in the US on Jan 4, that means your "admit until" date is later than that, which means you have even less "unlawful presence" than we thought.

Do you not remember the days you travelled?

Even so, if you arrived that day and left the other, you do not have a ban and are fine.

You can easily google date duration calculators btw.. :)http://www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html for example. Let me Google that for you

That is the history, I can't access anything else, just that part. I do not see anything else on there.

Okay then it must be because you have already left. You cannot access your I-94 after you leave. You can look at the entry stamp on your passport to see if a date is written there. But anyway, you don't have to worry about any ban because, if you stayed in the US less than 180 days, then by definition, you could not have overstayed for 180 days, without knowing any other information.
