So I have a question, and it may be hard to explain, I will give it a shot.

For immigrant visas the NVC schedules your interview, so you have no reason to go on ustraveldocs.com to do anything....until after the interview to set delivery address for the passport.

Now when I did this today I started filling out all the information and set up the delivery (pick up) and then hit continue, now it wants me to schedule an interview date, it doesnt end or confirm your delivery details it just continues to a page for scheduling an interview we just had this morning. Anybody else notice this? it is really frustrating not to get at least a confirmation email, and I dont feel very sure that it will even accept the changes without completing the process all the way through, which requires you to schedule an interview......How dumb is that?
