Resubmitting I-129F

[Batata Doce 1]

We got our whole I-129F package sent us back. The reason was that the date on the check looked more like 2015 than 2016!

Every form and letter came back with a number stamped on the bottom. The cover letter was the only item that not returned. We'd like to confirm if we are doing the right things:

• We're going to write a new check and send the whole thing back (without rewriting any form or letter).
• We're going to write a new cover letter.

Just write a new check and sent the whole package back with the letter they sent you on top. Be sure you re-check all over again for signatures and dates are all filled. Good luck.
