Hello,

My fiancee and I started gathering and filling up the paperwork for the K-1 Visa. There's something that we're not sure of, should we include my fiancee's CENOMAR in the application of the I-129F along with the other supporting documents or will she bring it with her on the day of her interview?

Thanks a lot and an immediate response would be much appreciated as we would like to get the application mailed by the end of this month.

Welcome to the forum.

:guides: easily accessible at the top of the forum page. Please notice in the K1

Guide that the initial I-129f petition submission generally only concerns documents related to the USC petitioner. There will be plenty of time for the beneficiary to submit their documentation in the interview phase of the process.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Hi, like you we didnt know what to do when my fiance started gathering the documents. Anyway, we did include my cenomar and birth certificate along with my passport photocopy cause we really dont know what do then. As what other says it is not needed until the interview. I only knew about this after I joined the VJ.
