Can CR1-1 after K1 with different guy cause delays? (split)

Good afternoon everyone, I just needed a little advice if y'all can for me. Back in 2013 I filed a I129 things didn't work out the guy. I call off the petition, also call them embassy to share why and what I found out abt my faïence at the time also call uscis submitted the paperwork. August 2015 got married and knw I filed a i130 back in November 2015. I noticed that wen I come on to vj to look at my timeline the date changes I'm at my 5 month mark in abt a week. Should I be worried. And please don't worry it's not the same guy..... Someone advised me to check that case status on the other case a this is wht it say. On January 13, 2016, the Department of State sent us your case, Receipt Number EAC1390, for review. We are reviewing it, and will notify you by mail when we are done. Please follow any instructions in the notice. What do y'all

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
