Hi we are processing our k1 papers and we are having a bit of a confusion we can't seem to find a form i-134 affidavit of support which does not says expired on 2/29/2016. Is there anyone who can tell us where to get a form that is not expired? thank you

Alright.. For DS 160 pls let your fiancee click the sign button in case you fill-out the form for her.

That doc is for your reference on all the requirements, not needed during the interview. That doc is in the US Embassy manila website, the link is on the packet 3 (just a letter). If your fiancee received a letter from Manila Embassy after NOA 2; that is packet 3 with website links. That is the instructions for the K1 visa application.

Schedule your interview as per the instructions. Good luck..

As long as it is the only form listed on the USCIS website you keeping using it. https://www.uscis.gov/i-134
