We received our NOA2 a week ago (while I was in the UK), and I am wondering of everything I have to send over to my fiancé for his interview! What's an absolute requirement vs. not required but recommended? My dad is going to be supporting him.

Thank you!

I am 100% positive of this answer for a London interview:

Send a form I-134 filled out by your Dad. Include one proof of his income and a second proof if you want a backup.

Proofs can be ANY of the following. There is not one specifically demanded by London. In order of what I think London's preference is:

1) A letter from his employer or HR department stating his job and yearly salary and it's a full time job.

2) His 2015 tax return (all pages) plus a photocopy or his Form w2. Or order a tax transcript from the IRS.

3) Three to six months of his recent pay stubs

Note: if he happens to be self-employed, then send #2. If he is retired, then #1 could be from his pension department or Social Security.

That's it. Nothing more from the American will be looked at. The rest is all about the UK person.

.

Sorry, I made a typo. That should say

2) His 2015 tax return (all pages) plus a photocopy OF his Form w2. It's both tax forms and W2 with it.

The interview is in London. They only need a new letter of intent if the interview will be after the petition expires. They do not need any documentation of their relationship.
