Hello everybody,

I just singed up on this forum. I hope that you can help me .... I am getting ready to file for naturalisation in June , and I am really confused regarding the tax return.

I am a resident since June 2011 (conditional removed on 2014) I am divorced (from the USC/sponsor) since July 2015 separated since 2014 .

I filed taxes for 2014 and 2015. My problem is that the 2011, 2012 and 2013 was supposed to be filed as joint, honestly I just found out that he has not filed all these years .

Problem 2: since I am divorced I have to file 5 yr. tax , but I can not provide the 2011 to 2013 because I do not know if he has filed, I remebmer I signed that I agree to file joint while we were still married.

What can I do, please help!

Thanks
