They don't routinely test for drugs.

Only if they suspect drug use or previous use.

No they don't give you a copy of the results nor can you obtain any of your results from the medical exam. If something shows in your X-ray or blood sample they will contact you.

I just discovered on the uscis website that you are supposed to get a copy of your results.

This is what it says:

After the exam, the doctor will complete Form I-693 and seal the form in an envelope for you to submit to USCIS. Make sure you get a copy of the completed Form I-693 for your personal records before the doctor seals the envelope. USCIS will not accept the form if the envelope has been opened or altered.

So for everyone that wonders like me!
