Hi I have a question, I am currently in Manila and will be petitioning my kids and husband to move back to the US with me. They don't qualify for CRBA so I need to petition them. I have a co sponsor who makes 65 a year, more than enough to sponsor both kids. She has only started working in Jan 2015 because she only became a LPR in August 2014. My question is:

Can she still sponsor even if she only has W2 for year 2015 and has only been working for a year?

Does it matter that she's only 24 years old? Won't they think that she's underqualified because she's young and has only recently started working?

Can she still sponsor even if she's just a green card holder and has only acquired it last 2014?

Answers will be very much appreciated! :)

Hi there you don't need to bring the affidavit of support documents with you at the initial filing stage. That will come later on at the interview.

So long as your joint sponsor meets the poverty guidelines for your family of (2? 3?) and she filed her taxes then that's fine. Has she filed her taxes for 2015 yet? She needs to get that done as simply presenting a W2 won't cut it. The Filipino pre- screener would definitely want to see her 2015 tax return or tax transcript. Pay stubs and employment letter are not mandatory, but if it helps your case then it's better to have them. :)
