Unable to receive packet 3.5 HELP

Hello everyone,

I'm unable to receive packet 3.5. My fiancé and I emailed to the embassy and they replied that they sent the packet on 9th February 2016. But we never got any. We wrote to them again - no replies. I called US embassy in Islamabad - no reply. Any suggestions?

Yes we've been checking our emails everyday. Both; inbox and spam. They're not answering calls and no one is replying back emails. I've no idea of how to reach them

I looked at our 3.5 package

Its basically stating you have to bring photos letters phone bills proof of relationship

Also need to bring the fee at the time of your interview and

Medical exam.

I will tell you now that will not answer calls..

I did. I went through ceac site, but couldn't find any clue there. Everyone has to receive that email/mail of packet 3.5 to proceed further. I'm so tensed. What to do

The only thing i really can think of right now you have to get in touch with someone from the embassy ASAP..

Try calling the NVC

How to contact them though? They are not replying emails, and they don't answer calls. Yeah, we will call NVC today. Thanks for the help, so nice of you

I'm beneficiary. And we just got our email (packet 3)l! Since its weekend so I'll post documents on Monday Inshaa Allah.
