Form G-325 Question

Hello all! My husband and I just began the spouse visa process. When I submitted the I-130 petition, I included the G-325 form for him. However, it was signed and then emailed to me by him, not an actual physically signed form. On the VJ website, it says, "All Forms that you submit must be originals with original signatures." So, my question is, does the signed and emailed form count as an original? Or should he sign the form then FedEx it to me? Thank you for your assistance!

You should have sent the actual form he signed, not a copy or scan of it.

You will most likely get an RFE for it, so get him to send one to you by mail with his actual signature on in preparation for the RFE.

Thank you for the information. We're going to take care of that now so we're prepared for the RFE. Does getting an RFE mean we lose our place in line for our visa?
