Hi folks, I am getting closer to finishing the required forms and gathering the information for my mother in laws I130 and I485 application (USC husband petitioning her, she currently lives in USA). The last piece of the puzzle is concerning the Medical exam and appropriate vaccinations (form I693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination record).

Do I need to send this completed form (by the Dr.) along with the I130 and I485. Or is this information requested at a later time, similar to the biometrics?

Thanks in advance for your help to this matter.

FYI - I am not too good navigating/using forums or proper etiquette, please forgive me in advance if I make a mistake or point me to the right direction.

Thanks! :content:

I dont know how to delete posts :( but I was able to find the answer to my question on the instructions PDF for I485 right out of the USCIS website.

In case anyone has the same question (excerpt from instructions on form I485):

Medical examination
When required, submit a medical examination report on Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.
Individuals applying for adjustment of status:
A: General: When filing your form I-485, include your medical examination report with the application, unless you are a refugee
