Police clearance certificate for minor

Hello,

I have started the CR-1 process for my recently web wife and her son. The 130 is cleared and I am trying to collect all the required documents to send to NVC (fees are paid).

While I am getting the police clearance certificate done for the wife, do I need to get the same done for the child who is about 13yrs?

Also, should the wife send all the documents (copies) to me and then I should send to NVS (along with the financial support documents)?

Your son doesn't need one. It's fr 16 years old and up.

Yes she should scan and email you all the documents and keep originals for interview.
