Hi we are in the process and bring over my step children ( unmarried under the age of 16 ) to the US. I am at the affidavit stage and have all the documents together. I am just confused one what is the submission process when filing for multiple intending immigrants, and how I should prepare the package.

1) Do I put both cover letters on the very top? Or should they be separated?

2) Do I have to print two copies of the supported documents?

3) Do I have to do two I-864 documents ( even though they are both listed in it )?

4) If I am not sending two sets in the same, do I initial both case numbers to the top right of each document?

5) Do I need then to sign the photos ( they are not in the country )?

Please let me know your thoughts, thank you in advanced.

Ok, so there are two petitions.

1) Separate them. Possibly better to put them in two different envelopes inside so they don't think it's all for one case.

2) Yes, two copies.

3) Yes, two I864.

4) Yes.

5) No need to sign the photos.
