Is this considered a complicated K1 case

I am female, Filipina decent and had been married twice, one from a Canadian citizen in 2003 and divorced because he cheated on me. I remarried to a US citizen in 2005, divorced in 2007 since he is abusive and cheated on me.

At that time, I was an unconditional green card holder and did a self petition and was approved for a 10 year green card. In 2013 I applied for naturalization and is now a US citizen.

In 2009 now, I didn't know I would be attracted to females so I tried being in a relationship. That relationship lasted for 4 years. Now, I am currently in a relationship with another Filipina who is in Amsterdam for work. We have been together in a long distance relationship for 7 months. I recently met her in person in Europe. We did the whole Europe tour. We got engaged and I am planning to file for K1.

Also, how long will the K1 visa expires upon issuance? Because of her work contract, she might not be able to come here if the visa is approved this year. The soonest she can come is Jan 2017

Will this be a complicated case knowing my past relationships.

The process involves several steps from filing of I129F Petition for a foreign fiancee. NOA 2 the approval of your petition has a validity of 4 months but you can request to extend or in MNL they automatically extend as per some feedback here. I still emailed and called them to extend the validity of my NOA2.

from filing depending on your Service Center approval can be 3 weeks to months depending if you have an RFE.

So if let us say 1 month to approval, then 4 months to apply for K1 visa and 6 months K1 validity. She have at least 10 months from filing. That is considering no other problem in between. Where is she applying for K1, Manila or Amsterdam?

Will this be a complicated case knowing my past relationships. - Just declare all previous marriages and provide all divorce decrees, not complicated in my opinion just not ordinary. Your fiancee maybe asked about the previous marriages.

She will be doing her interviews and medical stuff in Amsterdam.

I have all the divorce decrees in both marriages. I have no problem producing that.

Was thinking of hiring an immigration preparer but would cost about $900 plus including the uscis fees. Just debating if I need one or not. I will need one if my case is complicated, but seems that it is not, so I can just ahead and file it on my own.
