Question re: Fiancee is Libyan born, living in France

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, and I appreciate anyone who has any knowledge on this type of thing taking a look at my question.

My fiancee and I just received our NOA and case number today.

She is Libyan born, but has been living in Paris, France for the past 8 years or so, having come here with her family when her father was transferred to work here.

I'm wondering what the process is in terms of, would she be able to be interviewed by the embassy here in Paris, or would her Libyan citizenship change that?
