hi ladies and gents, have a question, i already prepare all the docs to apply my naturalization , i supposed to pass it last january but I'm worried that they might decline it because they will require me to pass our itr for this year. my naturalization is base on my marriage. i have the itr for 12,13 and 14 and since husband works offshore he'll be home by april. and thats the time we're gonna process our itr. aside from itr, i have another proof like joint account, car title, insurance. do u think its ok to pass it now with out the 2015 itr? do i have to include w2s as well?

btw, i arrive here in america april 18,2013. and about the itr 2012, my husband reapply it when i got my ssn.

You'll be submitting the application before the deadline so it should be fine.

When you attend your interview, just make sure to bring the 2015 tax returns which you will most likely have by then.
