Police certificate- please help!

Hi I need a police certificate from Canada as I studied there for 1.5 years. I understand that I need to have my fingerprints sent to the RCMP because I'm back in the Philippines now. I've contacted several fingerprinting agencies that can digitize my prints but all of them are saying that there could be only 1 name listed on certificate. They will still run a search with my maiden name, but it won't be on the certificate itself.

When I studied in Canada, I was single and was using my maiden name. I got married September 2015 and I have been using my husband's last name ever since on all of my IDs (passport, driver's license, etc.)

My question is, what name should I use on the certificate? My maiden name (it's the only name I used when I was in Canada) or my current legal name? One of the fingerprinting agencies said that the current legal name is perfectly fine because RCMP will be running the search based on my fingerprints rather than my name and DOB. But I'm anxious to get an RFE for this because not only does it take a couple of weeks to get this done, it's quite pricey too- around $225 CAD.
