Hi all,

My name is Javier I am a Spanish citizen.

On 17/09/2014 the company I work for filed the application for a I-129: Petition for a nonimmigrant worker. Since then and until the 25th of October 2015 the case was progressing within the normal times and I was able to track it through https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do.

On the 25th of October 2015 USCIS stated that they would notify of any action within 60 days. However, it has now been 153 days without any further action from USCIS.

As the case was outside normal processing time I submitted two e-requests via https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do?locale=en_US but unfortunately none of these helped me to get any information on my case.

At this stage, and because it has been very long since the last time I received any update from USCIS, I worry that the files might have been misplaced and my visa indefinitely not being processed.

I would be really grateful if someone could please help me get any information regarding my case or if you could point me to the right direction and provide me the contact information of the office I should be writing/calling to.

I include below further information of my application.
