Overusing N/A on G325

Hi all -

My fiancee and I preparing our packet for the K-1 visa. We've been scouring the forums here and elsewhere to get this off to a good start. A couple of questions we could not find answers to:

1. My fiancee does not have a middle name--she is Japanese. Should we leave the space blank, put "none," or put "N/A."

2. My fiancee has lived with her parents her entire life. That address will take up only the first line of the residence question. What to put in the lines underneath it? Again, "none" or "N/A?"

3. Japanese address don't fit. Can I dumb down her former work addresses, i.e., remove the Ward or Postal code? Or should I attach the full address on a supplemental sheet?
