I-130 F4, need some information

Hi there,

So I've been looking through all of the sites for this type of form, mostly the processing time.
And from looking at all of the estimated dates of the approval I've ended up getting a bit confused.
So basically I'm Macedonian and my mother's sister who lives in the USA MI applied for a I-130 form near the end of 2007, after a month or two she got a Receipt Notice, giving the Receipt Number,Recieved Date and Notice Date but no Priority Date.
So I went and checked the processing time of the case here https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do.
And what it said is "On January 28, 2010, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXXXX, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.".

The thing is from what i've seen on forums and the USCIS website it takes a couple of months for this type of form to be approved, but we haven't gotten a notice stating so.
I know it's stupid but my question is, is there any type of estimate as to when the form will be approved or when it can enter the later stages, we've been waiting for about 9 years now, and I do know it takes 10-12 years for these types of cases to be processed, I just want to acquire as much information as i can.
