I am a traveling nurse and do 3-month contracts with multiple agencies. Thus, it will be difficult if not impossible for me to get a letter of employment to send with the I-134. My income far exceeds the poverty guidelines, and I have tax transcripts, copies of my contracts showing salaries and dates, and recent pay stubs. Will this be sufficient?

Also, I read on another post that a bank letter is not required as long as you have other proof of sufficient income. Can somebody verify this?

Thank you!

Thank you!

I went to my hubby interview when fiancé was allowed back in September they did not ask for I 134 and I was just a full time student with barely income. All they took was pics, DS 160, his passport and his medical documents . You will need to do I 864 when he gets here and u submit his AOS documents but I 134 was not needed when I went. They ask him where do I work as a interview question and she typed it in the computer but you can give him all your papers to be on the safe side.
