Hello my name is alexander and I am planning on immigration to the states to live with my viance....I just been with her for 90 days and she have been married in the past and we are waiting for her proof that she is devorced for 2 month already and a month ago we found out she is pregnant is there a way for the procedure to go faster I am really happy about getting a child with her but if I have to leave them both again for 2 months will ruin me

Okay other wise you could have stayed and adjusted you status but that's to late now unfortunately.

There is no way to speed up the process because she is pregnant BUT I have also just filed the K-1 visa and I'm hoping on moving late June so as soon as the proof comes then file have everything ready and there will be a change you can make it :)

They are pretty fast at the moment :)

AND congratulations on the pregnancy :)

Thank you for the info I had looked everywhere but couldn't find anything about it.....I wish I knew this sooner or I would have changed my status there but I'll keep my hopes up and for you aswell June would be awesome☺☺☺☺ and thank you we are both very happy about getting a child and my time will come I am sure of it

Luckily the Netherlands will be an easy embassy so thats good :)

Here are a guide to the I-129F package you'll be sending, read it over and make sure you have it all. You could already send her you G-325A and Intent to marry since it has to be wet signatures and that way she won't have to wait for that to arrive in the mail before the package can be send :)
