Filing Based on Five Years Residency

Hello,

If I want to apply for citizenship based on my five-years residency, do I need to include the paperwork needed for filing Based on marriage to US Citizen such as marriage certificate, 3-years tax transcripts? I still am married to the same US Citizen since I came here, but since I have lived here for more than five years I would like to file based on five-year residency.

You have lived here for 5 years as in you had your permanent green card for 5 years?

What's the issue date on your green card?

If you've had the GC for at least 5 years then no, you won't need to provide evidence of marriage but, it'll probably be best to still bring those documents to the interview.

The issue date is 09/05/09. Yes, I need to confirm that if my application is based on five-year residency I don't have to include all those marriage-based evidence.
