Second post in one day but am SO SO confused.

My fiance is in the Navy he can send me 1040, W2 and a letter from his employer to prove his income and that he's employed - is this enough?

Both getting stressed as he's reading from in house military page and I am reading from NVC pages - HELP?!?!?

You don't need to read NVC pages because you are not getting a spouse visa and won't be processed at NVC.

Your can be easily approved in LONDON by your fiance filling out an I-134 and sending you an employer letter which states his current salary. London does not even require a tax return for fiance visas. But if he has that as well, you can certainly bring a photocopy of his return and W2 If that helps you be less stressed.

Don't be confused by what people from other countries think is required at their embassy. Or by the long list of items new K1 forum people pass around as something you must have. I am giving you the straight scoop from a great deal of experience with London fiance interviews. You have nothing to stress over.

He needs to complete the I-134 affidavit of support and include supporting financial documentation: copy of most recent federal income tax return, wage statements, statement of service (since he is in the military), 2 recent pay stubs.

Please check the I-864P poverty guidelines to make sure he meets the income requirement (100% for military)
