Good Day to all! I have a question and I hope someone can answer me.
I participated in a cooperation program from june 2012 to june 2015, between my university and a USA university (UCB), sponsored by USAID.
I did a first internship at UCB from August 25 to September 23, 2013, valid J1 visa until 15 November 2013 (SUBJECT TO 2YR RESIDENCE REQUIREMENT), a second internship from January 24 to 22 February 2015 with valid J1 visa until 28 February 2015 (subject 212(e); 2YR RULE DOES APPLY). Both visas and DS2019 has the same program ID and the two training was on the same subject.
I have an appointment for DV visa in March 2016.Am i still subject to two years home residence requirement or not? From which date I calculate the period that I have to spend in my home country?

Thank you for your time reading my post and I will appreciate any response/reply.

Best regards.
