First, thank you in advance for any insight you can provide!

I'm about to send in my n-400 application, based on marriage to a US citizen. It will be early filing (I became an LPR 04/04/2013). I understand that for Part 4 (Information about your residence), Part 7 (Information about your employment), and Part 8 (Time outside the US), I should include information for the past 3 years, not 5 years, because I am filing based on marriage. That being said, I have not yet been an LPR living in the US for a full 3 years (since I am filing under the 3 years minus 90 day rule). In this way, should I complete those sections with information since I have been an LPR (that is, since 04/04/2013) OR should I include residence, employment, and travel exactly three years back (that is, since today's date minus three years: 2/2/2013)?

Thanks again and all the best.

I filed based on 3 years marriage to USC as well, but I just filled in the form for the past 5 years, since that's what it asks for.
