k1 visa with recepit but no letter of instruction yet

Hi everyone I'm new here in this forum. Maybe u could help me with my application its been a month that we received the receipt but it says there that we need to follow the instructions included with the receipt but unfortunately we didn't find it. we are just afraid coz we mistakenly included the picture and letter of intent to marry in the application, it will be a problem then?

Hi! What receipt? Notice of approval? You should call USCIS to ask for your your case number, call them at

(603) 334-0700. Customer Service Representatives can speak with you Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight EST, excluding holidays.

be ready with your case number (WAC.....), name of petitioner, bday, beneficiary, bday..

Including letter of intent and photos are correct for the I-129F application.

When you have your case number your fiancee can proceed to schedule medical, pay visa fee, schedule interview.

You don't have to worry about anything or send anything - that is just the notice of receipt. If you received an RFE that is when you will send the docs required.

Your NOA 1 is one month ago and no NOA 2 yet? Check your status at USCIS, use your WAC number.

Relax... wait for NOA 2.

How many days should I receive the RFE?

I am not sure if you will get one until you get one. What USCIS status says?

It says there that they received the application and follow the instruction. But we don't have instruction paper that they are talking about

That is just a standard receipt notice. That is the same as my NOA 1 USCIS case status before.

Either way, just wait for NOA 2. There is nothing you can do or submit now.
