Dear Members.

I am sure this question has been asked (too) many times, but I get different versions of what is correct i'm afraid we might miss something.

Can you please confirm if this is the correct way to fill of I-134 Form, concerning the number of household members.

My USC Fiance has 2 children, shared custody, they're both minors and he pays for child support.

On question number 8 of the I-134 he should write the name of the 2 children, nobody elses, right ? My name ( i'm the beneficiary) should be on question number 3 and number 10. He shouldn't write his name or mine on question number 8, since he's the Petitioner ( therefore it's understood he's a household member) and my name will later appear on question 3 and 10 only. I'm waiting for this form to be filled in order to schedule my interview in Bern, Switzerland.

I would really appreciate your help.Thank you very much:)
