Could anyone tell me what to do next. My Fiancee got a packet in the mail and we already have her interview date. The thing is everywhere I read on the internet says that you have to send in a DS-230 form before you get a interview date. I received a letter from the embassy saying that they sent the packet four but aren't I missing a step here. Someone please help clear my cluttered mind. Thanks.

There is no packet 3 in the philippines. You don't have to send anything back. Just have her fill it out and bring it to the interview.
