I didnt recieve a cc email.my scan date is nov.30..i check ceac status and saw 3 n/a last jan.7..my husband called nvc the next day and they told him our case is completed.today i recieve an email from nvc.its the packet 4 with interview date

Ok thanks I see now that you're are K-3 and not K-1 so K-3 the interview is set by NVC but K-1 is set by petitioner/beneficiary.

She is K3/ IR1/CR1, spouse of a US Citizen. Their interview were scheduled by the embassy. February schedule still not showing up?

No Feb. is still not showing up.

The individual does not choose the interview date. NVC arranges the date, then notifies the person.

We had a January interview date but I only scheduled it for that time as an interview appointment letter was required to attend the Medical.

We both need more time to prepare so that is why we are waiting until February and good news I JUST rescheduled it for Feb as they are now available.

It is part of the new program to have people come at staggered times so she will be there at 6:45am.

I am heading there next month to see her and will hand carry many documents that will be needed plus we will go over EVERYTHING.

This will be our 3rd visit together in less than a year so I'm hoping that boost her visa chances as well PLUS we really, really miss each other as you can imagine.

Thanks, As I had already pre-scheduled and paid for a trip for the 3 of us to another Island 2 months ago I will not be at the interview with her but I know she do just fine.
