Review of Norridge Office, Jan. 2016 [split thread]

Hey guys, I figured out that I would post a review of the biometrics for ASC Norridge because everything is out of date (either 2011 or 2008). I recieved my notice for ASC appointment a few days ago asking me to go in 13th jan 2016, I am scheduled to travel for that day so I decided to take my chances with the walk-in appointment. I arrived there around 3pm and it was empty. The staff was really nice and accommodating, they let me do my biometrics right there and then. I spent a couple of minutes chatting with them and found this out:

1. If you do a walk in at this location during the morning hours, it is very crowded and you will have to wait for the people with appointments to finish before they can acommodate you.

2. Not always are walk-ins welcome, it has to be empty for them to be willing.

So in conclusion, I would suggest you walk in during the afternoon if needs be and try your luck.

Prior to going to the service center I read a few posts about the staff being not so friendly and this couldnt be further from the truth. Rule of thumb guys; most likely if you are polite and courteous, you'll get that in return. Hope this helps others like me who were looking for answers and only finding answers from a long time ago.
