I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but....my husband's green card never arrived, due to issues with our mailing address where mail was being returned to sender. I called the appropriate USCIS number to get the card resent, but the woman I spoke to said I need to have the immigrant fee receipt number before she can help me. I do not have it in any of my records, and I cannot access my information through the ELIS site anymore, it seems.

What should I do?

IR1/CR1 visa

4/17/15- 1-130 sent

4/23/15- NOA1

5/21/15- NOA2

6/05/15- NVC received case

6/18/15- received case number

7/06/15- completed DS-261 and paid AOS fee

7/23/15- AOS and IV packages sent

7/27/15- IV fee paid, document scan date

8/05/15- completed DS-260

8/15/15- CASE COMPLETE!!

9/28/15- interview at Tokyo embassy- APPROVED

The number is on your i-797, the NOA1 letter you recieved way back when, probably a LIN, SRC, EAC,WAC or something like that

Its the number that tracks your case from submission, I'm assuming you haven't deleted all your emails from when you filed
