Not exactly sure. The NVC never sent me a letter confirming that they sent off our approved petition to the Embassy so I had to call multiple times and by the time I got a hold of someone, it been sent well over a month ago! So I don't know what that letter looks like or what information it may have had. The embassy got it on the 28th of January and my fiancé got the call-in letter by February 4 but he check his mail late so we didn't take action until about 2 weeks ago.

How do I find the completion date?

The nvc usually emails you and let you know or you could ask them when you call them.

I know someone whose Ir-1/Cr-1 visa case was completed the beginning of December and now has an interview. So if you don't get an interview this interview scheduling period then I think you should get one the next interview scheduling period. The next interview scheduling period will start the end of March for May interviews. I wish you all the best!

So how can we know the number of people on the interview waiting list. I realized some people had cases completed since December and yet they have not been assigned interviews.

I don't think there is really a way to know or find out. I don't think the NVC gives out that type of information.

Thanks! Yes 1200ghc at Holy Trinity. I heard it cost 1300ghc at Akai but not sure but my husband had his done at Holy Trinity for 1200ghc.
