How do I get another I-797C?

I just sent off my form I-129F without a copy of my i-797c. Not only did I forget but I thre away my i-797C as I got a notice on TXT and Email so I figured it was all the same till they requested a copy of this.. What are my Options?

From what I read getting another copy is impossible nearly.. Some dude was saying to do an FOAA request.. Man I need to fix this the fastest way possible.. #1 is there any speedy way to get another i-797c sent to me asap? Another question is can I simply provide my RECIPT Number to USCIS for my I-129F?

Another Option is can I use Google Images to print out a template copy of someone elses form I-797C and then put all my wifes information in it? There is some barcode on the bottom but what can I do to make this new delay as small as possible?

Its been nearly 3 months and it seems the office is having delays anyway with form i129f so beings my i-130 was filed october 20th 2015 should I even bother with the i-129f? What happens if both are approves within a week or so of one another?

Sorry all the questions I just found this website and its got to be the best information online. I cant believe its not the first thing to come up on Google..
