I am under adminstrative processes from 17th November (for proof of relationship, I have sent all the message, and whatapp message)

Do you know how does take administrative process in the US Embassy in Albania? is someone at the same situation?

thank you

I don't know specific to Albania but recently people seem to be getting punished. The duration of these administrative process seems a bit excessive for me. Seems to be more than a month, and in some recent cases months.

I forgot to come back in this thread. The visa was issued yesterday, December 18. Hopefully we can pick it up early next week.

We turned in the original of the document we messed up with on November 20, they got it November 23. The officer was given it on December 7. They told my wife conflicting information. I finally wrote them and poured out my heart. They worked on it the next two days.

This not the scary bad AP though.

Congrats Callmeshams I'm glad the ordeal is over for you. And someone who works there actually have a heart. My documents were received by the consulate on the 24th of November but via email we were told they need 8 weeks time to adjudicated the visa and there is nothing we can do but wait. They don't care about the holiday and family being apart no special treatment in Montreal. Anyhow Happy holidays and enjoy your life with your loved one. All the best!
