Email notification of Case Complete

The scan date for my documents is 11/29. I called NVC last week and was told the 30-day period for documents review has elapsed and that it will be sent for supervisor review. Out of curiosity, I called again yesterday (twice) and was informed that my case was completed on 12/3.

My concern is that I have not been notified formally and the 3 "N/As" have not appeared on my status in the CEAC website.

Is this normal? Anyone in this kind of situation?

The case complete email comes 7 days after case complete so if its truly 12/3 expect he email 12/10 or 12/11.

however I would call NVC again maybe next week to see if you truly have case complete. i have seen too many cases of people who have case complete but are told you will be sent to Supervisor review only to find out a month or longer they now have case complete.

So verify maybe next week. Interviews for January are done so you would be in the queue for February.

3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

6/13/2019: Biometrics Appt
2/27/2020: Citizenship Interview
4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled
