Hello all! My husband has completed his portion of the DNA testing and his 6 yr old daughter will be getting hers done tomorrow at the embassy. Once the results come back to the States and USCIS gets them what is the next step? How long does it usually take after?

I'm the petitioner as stepmother I130 since I'm a USC.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Yes, if the DNA results are positive that he is the father, then you will go through the process of submitting addition documents, affidavit of support, medical, and interview. Of course all the fees.
