I am presently in dubai and my spouse visa process is now at NVC stage but right now my company lose contract and they want to end my contract which will make me to exit from dubai but i ve an option to come back on visit visa,if i get any labour contract job ,it will keep me for another 2years before i could leave the job,with my visa almost getting done ,i dont want to be searching for another job here in dubai.now my question is can i go for the visa interview with a visit visa ?

You have to be a resident in Dubai so a visitor's visa will not be accepted. If you cant get your resident there, you can transfer your case to a US embassy in your home country. Just consult your home country's US embassy or that of Dubai for the process.
