Ugh, I'm annoyed. So my daughter was born overseas in the Philippines. I sent her CRBA package to my wife in the Philippines. Inside is my physical presence evidence which is transcripts from my high school (4 years) and college (4 years). I sent two copies. One opened for her to send, and one still sealed in the envelope of each. You know, it says this transcript is only valid if unopened and sealed. CUSTOMS freaking ripped it open to check inside. I sent again and they did the same freaking thing. We are going ahead and sending in the CRBA packet. Are they going to give a hard time about the transcripts not being sealed? Thank you for your help.
