My husband came over to U.S. illegally from Mexico in 2006 and has been here ever since. No problems, no arrests, no deportation. We filed I-130 2/27/14 and it was approved 9/3/14. We filed I-601 7/13/15 with extreme hardship and it was approved 9/11/15. Now my question is we are waiting for our interview date in Ciudad Juarez and wanted to know will it be difficult flying from California to Mexico with him? Does he need to show anything at the airports or crossing into Mexico. We were thinking of either flying from San Jose, CA to El Paso, TX and then crossing into Ciudad Juarez. Or driving to Los Angeles and flying from Tijuana straight to Ciudad Juarez. Anyone have any knowledge or can help us figure out what is the best option? We will be traveling with our 18 month old daughter so whatever is easier and less stressful would be great!
