Me and my spouse lived together in the Philippines from 2008 - 2015 (while he goes back and forth). is it correct to put our address in the Philippines on this I-130 no. 21 Question?:

21. If filing for your spouse, give last address at which you lived together.

Also, should we checked the YES box for the question: Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien? My spouse petition me before and got approved for k1 visa, i came here in US but we didn't get married i left US just within the 3 months permitted stay.

Lastly, which service center should we send our AOS package? we are from California.

Thank you so much for your help! :)

You said "AOS package" and posted in the Adjustment of Status. Adjustment of Status is for people inside the US. Are you inside the US? If so, why are you not living with your spouse in the US?

Hello, Yes I'm here in US since July. We got married last month. We lived together in the Philippines every time he visits this is what i meant.

So should i put our address here in US instead since we've been living together here in the same address when i came?

Thank you

If you are living with your spouse now, then the last address at which you lived together is your current address.

Not sure about the "have you filed a petiton" question; but I would say Yes just in case; it can't hurt to say Yes.

Concurrently filed I-130 and I-485 are sent to the Chicago Lockbox, no matter where you are.

Thank you so much for the answers. I have another question though. My Spouse is A US citizen through naturalization and he has his Alien no. for when they came here in US as Refugees. Should we still put his Alien no. on all questions asking for it or it does not matter now since he is already a US citizen? Im a little confused on this part.

Thanks so much!

He needs to include the A number, even if he is a citizen. All it shows is that he obtained citizenship via naturalization. Good luck! :)

Thank you! Another question. :) For his G-325a. There is this question: This for is submitted in connection with an application for?

a. naturalization

b. status as permanent resident

c. other

For me i know what to check. Im unsure which one is correct because i only see an example form of G325a for the relative immigrant but How about for the petitioners G325a? which one is correct? B? or C? and put I-130 as a specification?

Thanks again! :)

Check Other, and specify "I-130 Petition"

Eighteen years in the US and I still don't understand Velveeta, TV ads for prescription drugs, only getting 2 weeks paid vacation, or why anyone believes anything they see on Fox "News".
