DS-160 questions

Hi all!

I've tried searching the forums for an answer to these questions, my apologies if they are obvious/been asked before.

When asking for my nationality, I selected my CURRENT nationality (NZ), and ticked that I used to hold a previous one, which is where I put my nationality at birth (Indian). Is this the correct order?

The second question is this. I have a New Zealand passport that was issued to me by the New Zealand High Commission in London, UK, as I was living there when my previous passport expired.

So the country of issue is obviously still New Zealand, but what should I put for the city of issue? On my passport it says DIA LON under "authority", should I type that, or London?

1 - Correct, NZ is your current nationality and Indian is former. If you are a citizen of both countries, you can select which one you want to use in place of the other, but have to mention both.

2 - Either way. My passport says a city name in my language, but I typed its English name on the form. I would put London, UK so it's obvious where it was issued.
