Generally, no "Notarized" documents are submitted during the visa process. Which document, and for which purpose was it notarized?

Your profile says K-1 visa but you are posting in the CR-1 visa forum? Why?

A Warning to Green Card Holders About Voting

Profile setting was old. I've updated it. The document in question is authorization from my stepchild's biological father authorizing my wife to leave the UK with him. I won't need this for the I-130, but it will be needed.

The document is in English, but the notarization will not be in English.

Then yes, you would need the stamp translated, to be sure of no issue. The translation would be a very brief document, simply indicating it was a notary stamp, and date of expiration, if applicable, followed by the certification of the translator, with their name, signature etc.

Unless there's other evidence the signing parent reads and speaks English fluently, it would be better to have the statement in the same language as the Notary is using, then translate the whole document.
