12/23/13 : PRIORITY DATE

02/28/15 : DS-261

03/04/15 : AOS bill paid

06/30/15 : AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

07/02/15 : AOS and IV package received by NVC

07/02/15 : Scan Date

07/30/15 : Paid IV fee

07/31/15 : submitted DS-260

08/10/15 : checklist thru phone call (told by CSR but never receive checklist email) they request me to send my civil docs

08/24/15 : re-sent civil docs

08/26/15 : 2nd scan date (received email 08/29/15)

09/10/15 : called nvc..CSR told me i have no problem with my documents and just call back next week

09/15/15 : called morning not cc..called again at 6:15 pm already CASE COMPLETE

09/22/15 : received case complete e-mail

09/30/15 : called in the morning, my 1st and 2nd call no IL...called again at 12:30pm i got IL for NOV 10

No one knows when you will receive your visa, there is not a set time frame. Once the visa leaves the embassy it can be tracked by using the UID # from the interview confirmation page.

My fren iamtintontan is from antipolo. Do u have private conversation with her? Anyways congratz to u. Is it pick up ir delivery? When will be ur pdos? When was ur interview date and time?

I don't trust the "Issued" notice from the website. We just sent our 221g request and its in route to the embassy, yet the visa changed from "refused" to "issued" before they even got the documents or passport...

How long is the certificate and stamp good for?

How long is the certificate and stamp good for?

I have a CFO certificate in my maiden name from last year, so guess have to go back and get another since my passport was changed to married name, and get the sticker when the VISA arrives

Gizelle got her certificate Jul 2013. She get her visa yesterday and went to CFO today. She say she fill out form and they asking copies of biometric page, visa, and certificate. They also ask 1 2x2 photo. They make her wait while they check if certificate is still good cause it over 2 yrs old. It must still be good as CFO put stamp/sticker to her passport. :) Edited by Thozelle

The bio page of her passport. The sealed envelope and passport come plastic wrapped. You can remove the passport which has the visa affixed, (it is separate from the sealed envelope) there is warning letter on the sealed envelope saying do not open or attempt to open.

Who is allowed to OPEN the sealed envelope, will immigration leaving the Philippines open it, or are they only allowed to look at the VISA in the passport? It would then be open before arriving in the USA.

What are all the documents that are in the sealed envelope, this is only presented to immigration in the USA?
