Passport and sealed envelope after Visa Approval

The passport and the envelope is wrapped in a cover. When I took the passport from it, I do notice that the envelope is half open. When I asked the courier they said it will be like that for everyone.



Is that envelope not sealed fully for all?



Does it create any problem at the port of entry?

Congratulations!

Don't worry, the upper corner of the envelope is meant to be diagonally cut open. The only problem it would create at POE would be if you had opened the whole envelope so leave it the way it is.
