I have some questions related to the required proof of meeting within 2-years of the filing date.

First of all, I presently live in the same city and country of my fiancee, south korea. The primary evidence I am using for my proof of meeting is: working visa, alien registration card, foreign bank accounts, passport stamps into the country, and identical passport stamps going to and out of japan on two different occasions. I also have hotel bookings, and flight itineraries to match the japanese passport stamps. I , however, do not have any boarding passes, receipts, or ticket stubs for any of the two trips.

Will this be sufficient?

Another question is about the copies. Should I just make color copies of the documents or will scans suffice? The scans don't show the exact size of the original documents and I think the scans are cut off a bit on the edges.

Thank you in advance.

It sounds like you have enough evidence there; just send as much as you have. Don't forget to submit photos of the two of you together and with family members.

Signed Letter of Intent, G235, letter explaining how you met, etc... follow the guides here.

Looks like your scanner is not capturing everything... send color copies instead.

Hi sunbirth,

You've already put together much more than my fiance and I sent! We had 2 flight itineraries showing us entering Australia (where we met and lived together), a hotel booking, a rental car booking, and his flight itinerary leaving Australia. We also sent 6 photos, one was us with our friends, another was us with his parents, and the rest were just us.

We were approved in 30 days :)
