Applicant Readiness question

Trying to speed things along, I have booked my medical for November 9th not knowing when my police certificate would arrive. I submitted my applicant readiness form already with the date of the medical on it. But today, but police certificate arrived in the post.

I know I can try and move my medical forwards; but will this mess up the fact I've put the 9th on the readiness form? Is there a way to change the readiness form as well so that the 6 week (approx) countdown for the embassy appointment can begin sooner? Or if I push the medical forwards, will the embassy just automatically know and schedule an interview once they have the results?

I think they will know you are eligible to interview when the medical results arrive. But maybe send a new readiness form the day after you go to the medical. I have always thought that was better timing than those who send it way early.

Many people who send it early are basically lying because they don't have all their documents in hand as they promise on the form. "By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read the Immigrant/Fiancé(e) Visa Interview Checklist, have obtained all of the necessary documents, and am prepared for the interview."
